Warranty Information

INDIANS love playing their Eight Audio® systems LOUD. With our all-new range of speakers being co-engineered in Denmark, Indonesia & India we're able to over-engineer general issues. Our support & warranty are handled directly by our experienced team and don't have the typical fine print & exclusions of other brands.
  • Every Eight Audio Speakers comes with 5 years warranty.
  • Amplifiers, Active Subwoofers comes with 1-year warranty.
  • The warranty starts from the date of purchase by the customer. 
  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects which include spare parts and labor.
  • The warranty does not cover damage or wear directly or indirectly caused by improper use, violence, tampering with or unauthorized access to/servicing of any part of the product.
  • The warranty covers only with an Invoice, serial number and customer information with the date of purchase.

A detailed description of the issue
A photo of the defect – if possible
Proof of purchase

Out of warranty service

If your Eight Audio product is in need of service but is out of warranty, don’t hesitate to contact us anyway. We can make an estimate as to costs of the repair. We accept only prepayment for out-of-warranty service.
